Introducing... Virtual Technician!
Personal Programming Software 
All hearing instrument manufacturers have unique programming software and hardware that is provided only to the professionals who sell their products. Our hearing aids are no different, our software and programmer are built specifically for compatibility with our hearing aids, and do not program other brands. Without sacrificing accuracy or flexibility, we have developed programming software and hardware, which can be used by anyone with a personal computer and it's easy, just like in the picture above. When our programmable hearing aids are connected to a personal computer using the Virtual Technician, program adjustments can be performed by the listener on their own instruments as they listen. Or if you wish you can have assistance with your adjustments simply by contacting our Audiology Department and they will reach through the web to perform the adjustments you may need. The nice option however is that your instruments can be re-programmed or adjusted from their original settings, instantly through your personal copy of our software. No one knows how you hear but you and Virtual Technician enables you to rely on your own opinion and not on someone elses. Either option for adjustments is incredibly accurate and gets the job done immediately, not after you wait for an appointment somewhere so that someone else can guess at what you need done. If you relate it to turning the volume up or down on your tv or radio, there is no one that knows just where you like the settings any better than you do. Now the control truly is in your own hands... talk about fast accessible and easy!
The Fitting Screen
Based on the audiogram information that you enter, the DiY "auto fit" program will then automatically provide an initial "first fit" for the hearing aid sound settings. Then adjustments or "tweeks" to the hearing aids can be made by you. A robust "help menu" is included in the DiY programming software. Every DiY client is assigned their own personal "Coach" to help them with setup, questions and the
adjustments process. You'll always talk to the same Coach so you will get to know each other.
Remote Support is available, so if you find that you would prefer one of ou
 r coaches to assist you we are just a phone call away. And, with Remote Support, we can do the adjustment for you right through an internet connection to your computer. All thats required is having your new Virtual Technician and cables attached to your new aid as shown here. Remote Support is done live or in "real time". You will be connected to your computer with your hearing aids on and you will hear the adjustments as soon as they are made from our office. This technique is superior to all other downloadable programming techniques, as it provides for the quickest and most accurate adjustments available by someone other than the user, and you never had to leave your home to have the adjustment made.
Pricing Ok... How Much Will This Really Cost Me? After having been in the hearing aid industry for over 31 years we have never seen premium hearing instruments at these prices.
