The VT comes standard with a pair of our hearing instruments but not with a single unit purchase. The VT comes with all of the software and programming cables required for use with the hearing instrument adjustments and is designed to be user friendly.

DiY provides you with hearing aids, programming software, and a USB hearing aid programmer. This comprehensive and easy to use system allows the DiY Hearing Systems to be adjusted by you using your home P.C. or laptop.
The small programmer just plugs into the USB port on the back of your P.C. and then attaches to your DiY 100% Digital hearing aids. Your DiY Hearing System includes easy to use software that allows you to adjust your hearing aids while you are listening to them. You hear the adjusted sound as soon as you make the change. It really couldn't be easier!!!

Fitting Screen Info:

Based on the audiogram information that you have provided to be entered, or that you enter personally, the "auto fit" program will then automatically provide an initial "first fit" for the hearing aid sound settings. Then adjustments or "tweeks" to the hearing aids can be made by you or one of our coaches. A robust "help menu" is included in the programming software. Every client is assigned their own personal "Coach" to help them with setup, questions and the adjustments process. You'll always talk to the same Coach so you will get to know each other.

With Remote Support, we can do the adjustments for you remotely with an internet connected computer. Remote Support is done live or in "real time". You hear the adjustments as soon as they happen. This technique is superior to all other downloadable programming techniques, as it provides for the quickest and most accurate adjustments available by someone other than the user.
