The "Entry CIC" is a Virtual Technician compatible instrument and is a 100% digital hearing aid that is programmable and automatically adjusts to various environments. Adjust Your Hearing Aids Using Your Own Home PC or Laptop or we will assist you. Hearing instruments consist of three main components – microphone(s) to receive sound, a Digital Signal Processor (amplifier) to process the sound and a speaker (receiver) to deliver the sound to the listener. Once assembled, an operating system is installed on the Digital Signal Processor bringing the hearing instrument to life. The finished hearing instrument can then be programmed to meet the specific hearing needs of the user at the time of purchase. The operating system and the fitting application enable adjustment of hearing instruments over time as the listeners needs and preferences change.

Our hearing aids are built to order with construction partially dependent on the type and severity of the hearing loss, power requirements and options and the lifestyle and personal preferences of the listener. In the case of this Entry Level CIC the housing is generic unless a custom mold is provided.
