CheckWriterTM Overview
CheckWriterTM is a stand alone payment system that allows for a customer's check to either be verbally provided or written, voided and faxed to D.i.Y. Hearing Aids, then subsequently deposited into any U.S. bank the same day. There are no associated transaction fees and no special bank account is required.
Your check can be processed by either providing the your bank's routing and account numbers to one of our authorized agents, or you may simply fax your VOIDED check to D.i.Y. Hearing Aids at (888) 678-4245. Authorization of this transaction is provided by you the customer either at checkout or via your faxed check. CheckWriterTM is very secure as are our other payment options.
CheckWriterTM Guarantee
Once the proper banking information is provided to D.i.Y. Hearing Aids and processed according to the rules for "check-by-fax" or "check-by-phone" provided by the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, your check can be deposited into any United States bank, the same day, guaranteed. Your check will typically take the same time to clear as a standard check, 1-3 days for an in-state check, and 2-5 days for an out of state check. 3 days is standard in most commercial banks.
